Identification of the controller

Living Limitless (owned by Eeva Salvik) based in Switzerland, owns the Website, which is operated by Squarespace, Inc. (hereinafter “Squarespace”). We process your personal data as a data controller and Squarespace as a data processor in accordance with applicable legislation, such as the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection of 19 June 1992 (hereinafter “FADP”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter ‘GDPR’ (together referred to as ‘Data Protection Laws’).

What personal data do we collect?

Name, surname, and e-mail address

If you use our Contact Form or Calendly Booking Form, we will ask you to provide your surname, name, e-mail address and optionally your phone number.

If you book a Discovery Call through Calendy, we may also ask you to provide additional information about your current situation. This information helps us understand your needs better and tailor the call to assist you more effectively.

You will also be prompted to provide your name and e-mail address if you want to subscribe to our newsletter. You can opt-out from our newsletter at any time by contacting us at hello@livinglimitless.me or by unsubscribing.

IP address and other technical information

When you visit the Website, Living Limitless collects certain information automatically from

your device. In the European Economic Area, this information is considered personal data under GDPR.
